Mg Body Wrap

A magnesium body wrap helps relax muscles, reduce inflammation, and reduce excess fluid retention by delivering magnesium through the  integumentary system ( Skin). It promotes muscle recovery, improves circulation, and leaves the skin soft and refreshed. Ideal for relieving soreness, tension, and fatigue. Perfect to add a session of Sauna  to this treatment!

Scar Tissue Therapy

Scar Tissue Therapy with Gentle Massage is a therapeutic technique designed to soften, mobilize, and improve the function of scarred or fibrotic tissue after injury, surgery, or trauma. This gentle approach focuses on breaking down adhesions (tight, stuck tissue), improving circulation, and restoring natural movement to the affected area, without causing discomfort or re-injury.

Lymphatic Stimulation
